Supplications before sleeping

Aisha رضي الله عنها reported that every night, before lying down, the Prophet ﷺ would cup his hands together, blow softly into them, recite suras al-Ikhlas (112), al-Falaq (113), and an-Nas (114), and then wipe his hands over his body, starting with the head, face, and front of the body — repeating this three times [al-Bukhari 5017].
