Supplication when standing at Safa and Marwah

Jabir رضي الله عنه said: "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drew near to Safa, he recited: 'Indeed, Safa and Marwah are among the symbols of Allah…' (2:158) and said: 'I begin with what Allah began with.' He began with Safa, climbed it until he could see the Ka‘ba, then faced the Ka‘ba, declared Allah's oneness and His greatness, and said:"

"There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him is all praise; He is over everything Powerful. There is no god but Allah alone — He fulfilled His promise, aided His servant, and alone defeated the confederates."

The Prophet ﷺ then made supplication and repeated this formula three times. He did the same at Marwah.
