Duas from Surahs al-Falaq and an-Nas

"Say: "I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak from the evil of what He created; from the evil of darkness when it settles; from the evil of those who blow on knots; and from the evil of an envier when he envies.""

When to recite: three times morning and evening; before sleep (wiping over the body, as in the Sunnah); in illness, the evil eye, sorcery, envy.
