Duas for travel
The complete traveler's duas: before setting out, on mounting, on ascents and descents, on entering a town, on stopping, and on returning home.
Travel is both a trial and a mercy. The Prophet ﷺ taught his companions a whole series of duas for every stage of the journey — from mounting a riding animal (or vehicle) to the return home.

Four supplications for the road are set down in the Quran itself. Ayah 43:13–14 speaks of the transport made subject to us; 11:41 is what Nuh (peace be upon him) said as he boarded the ark; 17:80 asks to enter with a truthful entrance and leave with a truthful exit; 23:29 asks to be brought to a blessed landing place. These are the text of the Book rather than reports transmitted through hadith, each with its sura and ayah.
